Carefully considering how to bring our young people the best possible educational experience is our collective responsibility as civic-minded adults, and we're happy to bring sessions on a variety of topics to your district or school professional development sessions to support in these efforts.

It's challenging to have a safe and productive work or classroom environment when everyone isn't on the same page, speaking the same language. DEI training sessions help teams align on complex terminology, history, and concepts that can often be uncomfortable to approach. We’re happy to train on a variety of DEI-related topics, and our particular specialties are race and ethnicity in the contemporary United States.
